📌 Our reading list website is now live! www.femlit.eu
After almost two full years of research and collaboration, we now have a compiled feminist reading lists for schools (elementary and high school), universities, and non-fiction!
These reading lists are intended as curated recommendations and do not claim to be exhaustive. They are based on the assessments of a panel of knowledgeable, volunteer experts and reflect a collective curatorial process. The goal of the project was to highlight works by female authors that are suitable for classroom instruction (and beyond)—as concrete alternatives to frequently read male authors. This involved expanding existing reading conventions and strengthening female perspectives within the literary canon.
The reading lists are available for download on our website www.femlit.eu
The database on the website also contains further information about the authors and titles, and you can search specifically for titles for certain age groups or genres. We are currently working with a panel of experts on additional reading lists for read-aloud books and early reader books.

More updates soon!
